Italian Sprinkle Cookies
Some cookie doughs have a light, cake-like texture when baked. These lemon flavored formed cookies are a perfect example. The simple almond glaze and colorful sprinkles have to be applied while the cookies are still warm, or the sprinkles won't stick!
